Is it possible to climb more than 100 hills in 40 miles? Yes, it is, because by everyone's estimate that is exactly what we did today. Rural Alabama is quite scenic, with few homes in the area we rode through today.
There are no new pictures from today. After a long ride of more than 80 miles into a stiff headwind, a nap was in order. Dinner was at the Tally-Ho restaurant.
Tomorrow we travel to Montgomery, a distance of 45 miles. Along the way we will visit two local high schools.
