Day two brought 44 miles on the Longleaf Trace trail, followed by 35 miles of rolling hills, then 21 miles more, finishing in Brandon, MIS. The Longleaf Trace trail was a smooth, shaded, well maintained paved trail. We saw deer, rabbits, and a variety of other different species of wildlife. The day ended at a regional blood bank, with local media coverage. So, after two days in the saddle and 200 miles covered, we have ridden 10% of the tour. Legs are tired and sun burned bikers are the norm. Here are a few pictures from today.

Hi Skipper,
Marty and I are so proud of you. Having produced the first Five Points of Life Ride I have a particular affection for the event and I can imagine each pedal of the way. Sorry to have missed your big send-off but we were thinking of you and wishing for you and Bruce short hills and lots of flat terrain. Love Deb
